  5.             PROBLEM  : When adding a user on an 8088-based machine, Syscon
  6.                        v2.21b will return the error:  "ChangeObjectPasword
  7.                        returned an error code of 1".  This error does not
  8.                        occur with 80286 or 80386 machines.

  10.            SOLUTION  : Use SYSCON version 2.33 on NetWire library
